When will the library not loan equipment?

Because the library has a limited audiovisual collection, equipment may not be lent for these purposes:

• "In Name Only" Checkouts: Users who borrow equipment MUST be present at that presentation, which should be job-related.
• Social gatherings
• Non-academic purposes
• Off-campus groups meeting on or off campus, unless the definition of faculty/staff use is met.
