E-Books available from netLibrary!
Search the collection in the library catalog or at
www.netlibrary.com
500 electronic books are now available to Millsaps College and
are in the library’s catalog. If you want to do your own
search for e-books on a particular subject or by a particular
author, you can include the term “netlibrary” with your other
search terms to do a keyword search. (Be sure to click the keyword
icon.)
Examples:
netlibrary and Aristotle (will pull up titles by and about
Aristotle)
netlibrary and sexual and harassment
Click on the message “Click here to access this Ebook Online”
and this will take you directly to that book in netLibrary.
You will be asked to create an account; be sure to keep track of
your username and password.
In order to access them from off-campus, you must first set up
your account from campus. If you try to set up your account from
home, netLibrary won’t recognize you as a Millsaps user.
Please call the library at 974-1073 if you have any questions or
problems.
You can also access 3,500 free books from netLibrary (these are
for everyone, not limited to Millsaps). Look for the link at
the bottom of the first page labelled “Experience ebooks”.
