Course Connect is powered by software called Moodle. Moodle software is similar to Blackboard and was developed in Australia by educators with a “learning-centric” perspective. It allows faculty to easily set up interactive online spaces for their courses without having to know how to create web pages. You will be able to upload syllabi, host discussions, accept assignments electronically, create wikis, give quizzes, and much more.

New York Times Online Newstand Edition (December 18, 2007 - today)

A searchable image of the New York Times is available online. This shows the full page of the print version including the photos, graphics and the article text.

New York Times on Microfilm (1857 - 2007)

Our New York Times archive on microfilm goes back to the very first issue. Ask for it at the library front desk.

New York Times on Paper (current three months)

We get the New York times delivered each morning and keep the current three months.

Wall Street Journal Online (1984 - present)

The complete text of articles back to 1980 is provided online.

Wall Street Journal on Microfilm (1970 - 2007)

We have the Wall Street Journal in microfilm from 1970-2007. Ask for it at the library front desk.

Wall Street Journal on Paper (current three months)

We get the Wall Street Journal delivered each morning and keep the current three months.

Next to each printer in the library, there is a bin to collect one-side-used paper.  Please put separator sheets, things you print by mistake or any paper that is in good condition and only printed on one side into the bins (print side down).  Papers that are not picked up from the printer will be put in this bin by library staff, so make sure to pick up your print jobs!

2.  Reuse one-side-used paper

If you need paper, take some out of the bin.  The paper is great for notes.  There is a stapler next to the printer if you want to staple some paper together to make a notepad.  There is a three hole punch next to the printer if you would like to hole punch it and put it in a binder.

3. Give away the excess

* Take some paper out of the reuse bin for your home/dorm printer.  Take some for your siblings/kids to draw on.

* The library is looking for organizations that need one-side-used paper.  Sometimes childcare centers are looking for scrap paper for children to draw on.  Please let us know if you know of an organization that might benefit from donated scrap paper.
